Our client was a truck driver. He was in the process of removing the straps from his trailer, which was loaded with pipe. A forklift operator on the opposite side attempted to start unloading the pipe without verifying all persons were clear. In the process the operator caused the pipe to fall onto our client injuring his hip and legs.
