Defendant truck driver was following too close and rear ended our client and her two minor children. Injuries were to neck and back on all three clients.
Our client was traveling on a two lane highway at a safe speed under wet road conditions. As he approached a curve an 18 wheeler traveling in the opposite direction lost control striking our client causing him serious injury. The speed of the 18 wheeler was found to be a contributing factor.
Defendant driver failed to yield the right of way and t-boned our client causing injury to her right foot. The injury to her foot required multiple surgeries.

Client was a pipe fitter working on a construction site. While attempting to land a load of pipe which was suspended from a crane the pipe suddenly rolled over and onto his left leg. Client underwent surgery and multiple skin grafts.
Client was injured in an auto accident while in the line and scope of her employment. Her injuries were: non surgical neck and back, surgery to her jaw, surgery to her left hand.
Client was a supervisor at a manufacturing plant. He slipped and fell while walking down some steps injuring his back. Surgery and physical therapy were required.
Our client is a truck driver. He was in the process of removing the straps from his trailer which was loaded with pipe. A fork lift operator on the opposite side attempted to start unloading the pipe without verifying all persons were clear. In the process the operator caused the pipe to fall onto our client injuring his hip and legs.
